Ground Providers (Hospital)

Here, ground providers for each hospital can be added, if applicable.

Instructions

1. If you click on the green plus button you will see the above image. Here you can add ground providers for this hospital. They will be filtered by location, you can see under the agency list. These agencies are all that are in the state of Utah. Note you could further filter by county and then city as well.
